For accessories, we offer either a refund or replacement within 90 days of purchase in the event of damage or defect.

Any claims for faulty, defective or damaged items must be submitted to Fox+Fray within 30 days after the Product has been received. Items must be packed. For parcels lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to Fox+Fray no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
